Harper Lee ... back in the game!

Harper Lee, author of To Kill a Mockingbird, will be releasing her second novel in July. I really look up to Ms. Lee. She is one of the author's on my "favorites" list. Why? Because of lines like this:
"You never really understand a person until you consider things from his point of view … until you climb into his skin and walk around in it."

"Before I can live with other folks I’ve got to live with myself."

"I wanted you to see what real courage is, instead of getting the idea that courage is a man with a gun in his hand. It’s when you know you’re licked before you begin but you begin anyway and you see it through no matter what. You rarely win, but sometimes you do."

*** To my readers; I'm pushing back the release date of The 4CRs release. I'm still in cancer treatment and my chemobrain has made the final edit for this novel unbelievably difficult and slow. My digital scrapbooking kits are available again.

Grand Opening of my Etsy shop is today. I'm happy about it, very happy. It was disheartening when designhousedigital.com closed because I liked designing scrapbooking products. But to find a new "design team" gig was way too time consuming. So I opted for an Etsy shop instead and I must say ... Etsy rocks my world.

Distracted is an understatement.

Well hello there. How are you? How have you been the last say ... 5 or so months?
That's great! How have I been?
I've been distracted. Very distracted.
By this. CANCER. Not good.
And this. GEARKETEERS. Very good.
Now that I've got my treatments semi-under control, I hope to be back and blogging more regularly here. And writing. I've started writing again. It will be interesting to see how my writing style has changed under the effects of chemotherapy, yes?
